Our Core Values are broken down as follows:
We are passionate about teaching and our passion means that we look to empower individuals to not just learn, but to apply that learning in their work; creating a tangible impact for the employer, whilst developing the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours of the learners.
Our intent is to ensure that the individual learner is empowered to make decisions over their own learning, including how they learn, what they learn through identifying, recognising and applying prior knowledge, skills and experience.
The intent is to clearly identify the business needs and through a holistic approach, allow courses to be adapted in delivery to ensure those employer needs are met.
We look to ensure that every learner and employer is recognised as individuals and that the service that they receive is holistic to the individual learners needs, and the individual needs of the business.
We ensure that our Learning Partners are fully supported and that they are encouraged to undertake regular CPD activities to increase their individual skills and performance.
Our implementation is clear, consistent and adaptable, we believe that simply to follow a structured approach in terms of delivery, will not meet the Intent or Impact, that we are passionate about.
Therefore, the implementation of our services is designed to allow self-empowerment and self-management. It encourages learning and therefore, the impact of learning is more easily identifiable by the learner and employer.
We believe that the implementation of learning needs to be fluid, whilst the assessment of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours are holistic in their approach and includes a number of assessment methods to maximise the evidence and ensure that appropriate levels of learning and application, has been achieved.
We work closely with the learner and the employer to ensure that the business needs, as well as the learner needs are identified and met through our holistic delivery programme.
We ensure that our Learning Partners have an appropriate caseload to ensure quality fo life and work/life balance is at an acceptable level. We do this as we recognise that high caseload numbers has a direct impact upon the quality of teaching, and therefore, will have a negative impact on learner performance.
The impact of our provision is measured against the consistent use of knowledge, skills and behaviours that learners have gained from their teaching sessions with one of our professional Learning Partners and how these have been applied within their work on a daily basis.
We undertake to regularly review the consistency of these applied knowledge, skills and behaviours through regular Skill Scanning the learners and through regular programme reviews with the employer and learner to ensure that a tangible impact is realised for both learner and employer, throughout the life cycle of the course provision.
We also undertake regular observations of the learner within their working environment to ensure that the knowledge gained, skills learnt and behaviours adapted, are being used within the workplace.
Furthermore, we regularly review the delivery and outcome of performance from learners, with the employer, gaining their feedback to ensure that they have identified for themselves an improvement in the individuals performance and ability within the workplace.
